At ADRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Handover Package

  A courier partner will be assigned to pick up the shipment from your doorstep within 24-48 hours of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
